Bake the pizza within 60 minutes of purchase. Otherwise, refrigerate the pizza and allow to sit out for 60 minutes prior to baking.

Preheat oven to 400º degrees. Remove plastic and slide pizza on it’s special bake and serve tray onto the lower-middle rack (tray may darken in cooking). Do not allow the tray to touch the sides of the oven.

Oven temperatures vary so check your pie after 8 minutes and rotate if necessary. Keep a close watch after 8 minutes!! For a crispier crust remove the pizza from the tray and place it on the center rack after 8 minutes.

Cook pizza 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese bubbles. Remove pizza from oven. Let sit 2-3 minutes before slicing.
